1. Delivery.

When launching Capsule collections, the items are sold on a pre-order basis, which means that from the moment you order an item, the production starts automatically.

There is a delay of approximately 15 working days between the order and the shipping (this applies from the launch day of the collection until about one week later). This delay is indicated on the description of th products. If the delay is longer, it is indicated on the product's description. Apart from capsule launches, shipping delays are around 2-3 days, but can be extended during peak periods. Songe Lab will not be liable for any delivery delay.

The shipping costs are at the buyer's charge, however, we offer shipping costs for all orders over 200 euros (France and international except in sale or promotion period such as Lovely days, Indian Summer days etc... the shipping is at the client's charge and cannot be offered even with a promotionnal code.)

The Customer has the opportunity to choose the option that suits him best. The shipping is made from France:

  • Deliveries in France are made with Colissimo. The routing time is approximately 48 hours.
  • For European destinations, DOMS-TOMS or international, we usually send the orders with Colissimo International and the delivery is made within about 3 days to 2/3 weeks depending on the destination. 

2. Returns & refunds.

We do propose standard exchanges, we only do refunds. If you want a new size, another model, or another color, you will have to ask for a return and buy again the new item on www.songe-lab.com.

You have a fourteen days (14) period after your purchase to ask for a return or to make a complaint (product error / defective...). After this period, any return request or product complaint will not be taken into account.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed.

Any non-compliant item or damaged will not be accepted in return. Be aware that promotional items cannot be returned or refund.

If you wish to make a return, we invite you to log in to your personal account on www.songe-lab.com. You will have to click on the concerned order and make a return request.

Once the return request has been validated by our team, you will need to print the return form and join it in your parcel. The return address is the one mentioned on the return form:

Please note that if you do not follow properly the return process, we will not be able to refund you.

For returns of full orders (all pieces), you must include in return the tote bag or other goodies offered in the order. If this item is kept, it will be deducted from your refund (for example up to € 4 for the Tote Bag). Goodies are not included in the orders during promotional operations. 

Risks and returns charges are the buyer's responsibility.

The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the return of the Products.
