GENERAL TERMS OF SALES
songe-lab.com (hereinafter referred to as "the website") is published by the company SONGE lab whose registered office is at 9 All des Palombes, 43330 Saint Férréol D'auroure, Siret n ° 82931429300012 (hereinafter referred to as " SONGE lab ”or“ the Seller ”).
The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders placed with SONGE lab for all items and services offered on the site www.songe-lab.com. They are permanently accessible on the website.
SONGE lab reserves the right to adapt or modify these conditions at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the site www.songe-lab.com at the time of the order.
Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies full acceptance, without reservation, of these conditions.
When registering his personal data, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, SONGE lab cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering an order.
The Products proposed for sale by SONGE lab are those listed on the website on the day of its consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. In order to better inform the customer, SONGE lab makes sure to offer for each product a description which will contain in addition to the photo, the following elements: the price, the available sizes, the available colors, the composition, as well as some specific characteristics.
Minimal differences between a product and its photograph may exist, this may vary depending on the resolution or color definition of the Customer's screen. It is also possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Product's description on the website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
Prices are quoted in different currencies and the customer can select the currency of his choice from the following currencies: Euro (EUR €), British Pound (GBP £), Singapore Dollar (SGD $), or US Dollar (USD $) excluding delivery charges.
The prices applied are those communicated on the website and confirmed to the Customer during the validation of the order. The delivery costs are communicated to the Customer on the summary of the order before the validation of the latter and are expressed inclusive of all taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the Products. Customs clearance, payment of various duties or taxes upon delivery abroad remain the responsibility of the Customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time but we agree to apply the rates indicated on the Site at the time of your order.
We inform you that in case of display of a wrong price, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error ...), even if the order has been validated by us, we will cancel it automatically and you will be informed as soon as possible. You can then place your order at the updated right price if you wish to purchase the product.
The Customer selects the Products he wants, in the desired color and size, and adds them to his cart. The cart located at the top right of the screen informs the Customer that it has taken into account the selections by indicating the detail and the number of Products it contains, as well as the overall amount.
the Customer checks the contents of his cart by clicking on "Cart" in order to have access to the summary of his order. The Customer can then modify the quantities or delete one or more items.
The total amount of the order, including the price due for the Products, and the delivery costs, is indicated in the summary. Once the order is verified and if necessary modified, the Customer validates his cart in order to finalize his order by clicking again on "order".
If the Customer has a promotional code, he must enter it in the space provided for this purpose in order to benefit.
The Customer must create an account, with its delivery and billing details in order to continue the validation of the order. If the Customer has a customer account, he will identify himself with his email address and password. The Customer then checks all the information and clicks "continue" to continue his order.
We launch Capsule collections every month. The items are sold on a pre-order basis, which means that there is a delay of approximately 15 working days between the order and the shipping (this applies from the launch day of the collection until one week later).
This delay is indicated on the description of th products. If the delay is longer, it is indicated on the product's description.
Apart from Capsule collection launches, shipping delays are around 2-3 days, but can be extended during peak periods. SONGE lab will not be liable for any delivery delay.
The shipping costs are at the buyer's charge, however, we offer free shipping for all orders over 200 euros (France and international, excluding sales / promotional periods during which shipping fees are charged on all orders)
The Customer has the opportunity to choose the option that suits him best. The shipping is made from France.
- For deliveries in France, the Customer has the choice between Colissimo with signature or Colissimo collection point. The routing time is approximately 24/48 hours but may vary depending on the periods.
- For European destinations, we usually send with Colissimo and the delivery is done within about 3-4 days.
- For non-US countries, DOMS-TOMS or international, we usually send with Colissimo. The delivery delay will depend on the destination.
The Customer has the choice to make the payment of his order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. Thanks to CIC's secure server, the Seller offers a fully secure online payment.
The Customer must enter his credit card number, the date of validity and the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram present on the back of his card. If payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen.
In case of payment's failure, the order will not be validated. Upon acceptance of the Customer's payment, the Customer will receive an email confirmation of his order, and summarizing all items ordered, the billing and delivery addresses. The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by SONGE lab following the acceptance of the payment are the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale. The Customer having made an order will be able to print his invoice, availble in his customer's account on www.songe-lab.com.
SONGE lab reserves the right not to validate the order in case of an existing dispute(s) with the customer, abusive exchanges or abnormal returns. SONGE lab's customer service is at the customer's disposal for any questions relating to his order. You can contact us by email: email@example.com.
We do not propose exchanges, we only do refunds. If you want a new size, another model, or another color, you will have to ask for a return and buy again the new item on www.songe-lab.com.
You have fourteen days (14) after your delivery date to ask for a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging (polybag with the barcode), unworn, unwashed. Any non-compliant item or damaged will not be accepted in return.
If you wish to make a return, we invite you to log in to your personal account on www.songe-lab.com. You will have to click on the concerned order and make a return request.
Here are the steps to follow in your SONGE lab customer's account:
1. Go to the "order history and details" tab,
2. Click on "details" for the concerned order,
3. Tick the little box in front of the item(s) you wish to return,
4. Write the reason for your return below in the "Merchandise return" area under the sentence "If you wish to return one or more products, please mark the corresponding boxes and provide an explanation for the return. When complete, click the button below.". There is an invisible box, do not hesitate to click under the sentence to be able to write.
5. Last step, click on "request a return".
Once the return request has been approved by our team, you will need to print the return slips that mentions your return number. It will be available in the “Merchandise Returns” tab of your SONGE lab customer's account.
Returns are free for orders in mainland France only. If you send back your order from France, you will find in the "Colissimo Returns" tab your prepaid Colissimo label to stick on the outside of the package (can only be viewed via a computer). On the other hand, if you do not make the return with the colissimo label prepaid by SONGE lab, we will not be able to reimburse you for a return you've paid.
If you return your complete order, do not forget to include the tote bag in return;) If this item is not returned, it will be deducted from your refund up to € 4 (accessory not included in orders during promotional operations ).

Please note that if you do not follow properly the return process, we will not be able to refund you.
Risks and returns charges are the buyer's responsibility. Any parcel not delivered to our logistics (without a proof of delivery), won't be refund.
The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the return of the Products.
8. PERSONAL DATA
SONGE lab collects a certain amount of information necessary to process orders. The information is strictly confidential.
SONGE lab undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent the Customer's personal information from being distorted, damaged or that unauthorized third parties have access to it. In accordance with the "Informatique et Liberté" law of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning him.
The Customer can exercise this right by sending an email, specifying his name, first name, email and postal address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Customer can also modify his personal details from his customer area by identifying himself using his email address and password.
